Our Imperial Stout Collab with Northern Monk Head Brewer and co-founder Brian Dickson. Loads of flavours of coffee and chocolate accompanying this satisfyingly smooth and sumptuous straight forward impy. We will also be brewing this again later this year but this time we will distill and mature in an Oloroso cask to be released in 2030 as a single grain whisky by our Levenbank Distillery. Enjoy the beer meantime and join us again in the future when we re-release the beer, a barrel aged version and the single grain whisky.
