Back for another year, we present our annual barrel-aged Mexican Imperial Stout, now enriched with cacao, vanilla, and a blend of Aji Mirasol, Aji Panca, and Guajillo peppers. Deep chocolate and roasted malt notes are complemented by creamy vanilla sweetness, while the peppers bring layered warmth with earthy, smoky, subtly fruity, and gently spicy flavors. The Bourbon and Whiskey barrels add richness and complexity, with caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla from the Bourbon balanced by the Whiskey its subtle spice and dry oak character, creating a smooth, rounded finish.
