Loch Ness Whisky Barrel Aged Banana Cake Imperial Stout – In the shadowy depths of Loch Ness, whispers speak of a creature unseen. Some claim to have glimpsed her in a ripple, a shadow, a fleeting heartbeat beneath the waves. Inspired by this legend, we joined forces with Shapes & Objects (SE) to brew Nessie: a colossal pastry stout in a tiny can. Caramelized bananas, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon swirl together in a 14% imperial stout, aged over 24 months in whiskey barrels from the Loch’s region.
